Complaints Handling Procedure
You supply households or small businesses, and the form asks whether you have one (condition B4). The Energy Ombudsman's application asks for it too.
Payment difficulties statement
Condition B9 requires a statement of these duties, published and sent to households every year.
Priority Services Register and vulnerability procedure
The form asks whether you have a register or equivalent, and how many customers are in a vulnerable situation (condition B8).
Fit and proper policy
Your regulatory contact declares this to Ofgem, and the form asks whether you have a process and assess regularly (condition A8).
Continuity Plan and Material Asset Register
Both due by 26 January 2027. The form asks whether the plan is in place, and Ofgem can ask to see both (conditions A14 and A12).
Financial resources record
Puts the figures the form asks for together with the assessment behind them (condition A13). Ofgem doesn't name a document for this.
Heat supply terms
Until a lease or contract is updated, condition B2 lets you give customers the required information in a separate document.
